Nothing is easier to wear in summer than a light dress.
This one from Porto is both light, airy, comfortable and flattering because of flexible, breathable and light fabric and the ruching that is applied throughout the dress. You can clearly see that on the picture below. It ensures that the fabric never clings anywhere and that some humps and bumps remain hidden, which creates an overall flattering silhouette without the use of shape wear.
I especially like the dress combined with this linen jacket from Inizio which I showed you earlier here. It looks best worn lose over the dress as it creates a long lean line while creating interesting triangular lines through the shape of the jacket.
I also added some color so the gray does not make me look too pale. Fuchsia looks great with the gray in my opinion. If it were slightly cooler in Singapore I would have loved to combine this dress with a nice fuchsia printed scarf.
All in all a very versatile dress that is easy to layer and that I will enjoy wearing throughout the year!

I really like this dress. I don’t dislike the look with the jacket, but prefer the dress by itself.
I read the article you posted on Facebook about why there aren’t more dresses with sleeves. You look great without sleeves, but I have to admit, that would stop me from buying this dress.
I love the dress especially with your choice of shoes and jewelry! Wonderful fit and inspired design.
Love the structure of the dress and the jacket. The different tones of grey are really lovely and the touch of fuchsia puts me in mind of spring and cherry blossoms.

chic dress and very chic ensemble with the fuchsia accents!
i can see so much ways to wear that dress – it´s a great design. and yes, nothing is more comfortable in summer then a light dress that´s a bit loose cut 🙂
although here we have to wait 2-3 months to get real warm weather….. sigh.

I like the dress a lot, and also the color. I prefer to wear sandals instead than décolleté and a long, light coat. It could be fucsia or a flower print….

This dress is fabulous on you! I love the color and the details on the skirt. The cut and your accessories give it a modern feel. I’m off to check out the source of that dress. Fun post!

I know you love these dresses, and although my taste is different I can see it suits you perfectly. The combination with the necklace, shoes and bad is besutiful. Fuchsia is so nice with grey, but also IMO with blue and black. Or perhaps even with brown. And the dress can also be combined with red, white, yellow, pink, lightblue. Indeed a versatile dress.
That dress is a perfect backdrop for color!!! So nice! jodie
