I wear a lot of skirts in the summer; they’re cooler than pants and dressier than shorts. And I agree most of them you can dress up or dress down depending upon what you pair the skirt with.
And I do like those shoes. I’ve never been much of a shoe person, but have decided that shoes are going to be my mid-life crisis.
