I love wearing capes and ponchos. I still wear them when they are not so in. I don’t like them for driving or eating though.
All the looks are fun in their own way. I especially love the colour of Tiina’s coat – a great colour for winter. Teal is the perfect alternative to black, beige and grey in a colour.

All girls look great but that giant fur jacket, stylish50s is wearing, looks like it could make my day!

This is tto hard to choose. There are so many lovely coats that picking out one, is an insult to the others. OK… then. (I hope the rest can forgive me), the fur coat of stylish50s is ever so nice. And the houndstooth jacket of Melanie is one that I want too.
Coming late to the link-up party… again. So I will add two. To make up.
As usual I have 2 favorites. I would definitely wear heppiness_blog ‘s look. Bag and beret style is fantastic too. Delicious eye candy.
Great idea Sylvia – I love coats and capes although I have got a lot of them they are not really practical for winter. I can not close them… 🙂 🙂 In your list, I like the egg shape coat of poppystlye the most and the short coat of bagandaberet.
Have a good start into the new week, Conny
Wow! These looks are all so fabulous – I want each and everyone! I wish we had a few months of cooler weather, so I could jump on board with more of these fabulous looks! Capes work great for me in California – I can wear a sleeveless top under it and still get the fun winter look 🙂 Thanks again for including me, in this fantastic roundup of great style! Happy Holidays to you Sylvia! XO
Me too!!! I pray for cooler weather every year – it’s in my blood – it’s still high 60s in Atlanta and I am desperate to wear more coats, scarves and boots! xx
Oh wow, thanks SO much for featuring me! My fav is Bag & Beret’s houndstooth! FAB!
Thanks again so much, Dear!

Thank you Sylvia for featuring me once again on your fabulous blog. I like the deiedelfabrik neutral look and also the navy coat by Heppiness.
I love your combination with your cape. You look gorgeous!
Thank you, Sylvia, I am glad you like my styling and hope your readers appreciate it too. As Patti already said – fabulous coats here!
I have encouraged my German blogger friends to link up their coats and I am sure there are some new and inspirational looks.

You look gorgeous Annette. Thanks for encouraging your friends to link up!
Lovely post, Sylvia. I was not one of the first to jump on the “cape/coat bandwagon” but I certainly have embraced it this season. Many of my outfits have featured capes or ponchos and I find them cozy and comfortable as well as stylish. Thank you for sharing these beautiful looks – they will continue to inspire me! Hope you are well, 🙂 Ana
I wish I could jump on it too…. Getting very bored with this always too hot weather! Thanks for linking up your looks!
No wrong answers here! I love Mel’s jacket and that red fur-trimmed one – gorgeous. xo

A lot of beige!Fashionshouldbefun is definitely fun, as is bagandberet. And several others!
It feels more like camel to me and I love the neutral looks!
I am so in love with camel this season!
