I was very impressed by all the collections which were shown in New York, London, Milan and Paris in the last month. Colours, prints, great silhouettes and lots of beautiful clothes for women over 40 is coming your way in Fall and Winter of 2012. This past week has been a feast for fashion again, as some of the world’s best designers showed us their art at Milan Fashion Week. Although I like many of the young & hip styles of designers like Roberto Cavalli & Dolce & Gabbena, many of their styles don’t really work for us women over 40. I adore Cate Blanchett. I think she is one of the most intelligent, most capable and most stylish women on the planet at the moment. Who can forget her wonderful performances in both the Elisabeth movies and as Bob Dylan in I’m not there?
